We are Matt and Brooke
Mullens!
We have been married since 2013, started our rental business in 2014, and spend all of our free time fixing up our 1926, 1930 and 1937 Tudor
style homes in a well-established, eclectic area called Waldo in the heart
of Kansas City, MO. We enjoy doing everything together and we believe: 'A couple that survives renovations together, stays
together.' We are both engineers who have a true passion
for home renovations. ANY excuse to buy a new tool is a good excuse! We thrive on being active, don't mind getting dirty, love to see the beautifully finished
product of our hard work and understand what it takes to get
there (including the occasional fight from frustration when
things don’t go exactly the way they should 
). Brooke is detail oriented, crafty, and loves
organization. Matt is hard-working, funny, and outgoing.
